Shipping Policies
Walkers Shortbread ships to all fifty states.
We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. boxes, and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam).
Orders placed online are shipped by UPS. Therefore, if you would like to ship to APO/FPO addresses, please contact us at 1-800-521-0141 to place your order with Walkers Shortbread over the phone and we will process these separately through USPS. Shipments to an APO/PO address cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.
Free shipping on all orders above $49 applies to Ground Shipping only.
Orders are shipped within two (2) business days, except holidays. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you chose during checkout. UPS 2nd Day is 2 business days to deliver.
Billing Policies
Walkers Shortbread accepts billing addresses in U.S., Canada and the European Union. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
All online purchases are in dollars (USD) only.
Standard Delivery
- Delivery within 3 to 9 business days after order is processed
- Service Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and Christmas Eve)
- All deliveries are handled by UPS
2 Day Delivery
- Delivery within 2 business days after order is processed
- Service Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- All deliveries are handled by UPS
Shipping Charges
At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are determined by the destination of your item(s) and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be calculated automatically during Checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping costs for orders placed on our website are based on the weight of the total order. Please note the shipping charges are per recipient.
Maximum Order Amount
Currently, you can only place orders on this site up to $500, including shipping. If you would like to place a larger order, please contact Customer Service at cs@walkersshortbread.com or 1-800-521-0141 (9.00 AM–4.30 PM EST).
